Track Order Guidance

Sign in and open Account / Orders to view your order status, payment state, fulfillment state, invoice availability, returns, refunds, and tracking information when it has been added.

Guest orders are protected by a secure access token returned after checkout and, where available, included through order communication. Keep that link private.

If you lose the secure link, contact support with enough order context for manual verification. The storefront does not expose order lookup by email, phone, or order number alone.

Courier tracking appears only after the operations team records tracking information on the order. Until then, the order status is the authoritative progress indicator.
