How do I place an order? Add items to cart, open checkout, enter delivery details, choose COD or online payment, and submit. Online orders continue through Razorpay; COD orders are received for confirmation.

Can I order without an account? Guest checkout is supported where available. Keep your guest order access link private.

Which payment methods are available? The current checkout supports Razorpay online payment and Cash on Delivery.

Why is my online payment pending? The order may be waiting for Razorpay capture/verification or webhook/client verification. Use retry payment where shown, or contact support with the order number.

How does COD work? COD orders are created unpaid and pending confirmation, then may be confirmed, shipped, delivered, and marked paid only when cash collection is recorded.

How do I track an order? Signed-in customers can use Account / Orders. Guests should use their secure order-success or email link when available.

Can I change my address? Contact support quickly. Address changes are not guaranteed after processing, packing, or shipment begins.

What if delivery fails? Refusal, missed delivery, or failed delivery may lead to RTO handling.

How long is the return window? Current customer-facing return window: 7 days from delivery.

How do I request a return? Use the order page where available or contact support with the order number and reason.

Are exchanges available? Automated direct exchange is not currently advertised as available.

How are refunds issued? Razorpay refunds are reconciled through Razorpay for prepaid orders. COD refunds are handled manually.

Coupons work only when their configured rules are met, including active dates, order minimums, usage limits, customer eligibility, and payment-method eligibility.
